A few notes on weather data source:
The watch face itself does not collect any info from you, but gets the weather information from the Wear OS itself. For example, on Pixel watches, it is sourced from the Weather application on the watch; so to change temperature display between Celsius and Fahrenheit, you would need to change the setting inside the Wear weather app.
To hold the weather info up to date, you need to let the OS to know your location, and have internet access (e.g. from the paired Phone via bluetooth). Therefore, if your weather info is missing or incorrect, please check your Wear OS setting, and ensure it has awesome internet connection and has space service turned on.
If all the above are already set, it may be an OS thing. You can begin your weather application on the watch, and refresh it to force a data update. Or test setting the watch face to another and then setting it back. Those normally fix the issue.
